Coaching Cohort

As I transition into a new chapter of my work, one of my biggest priorities is making sure clients continue to feel supported, connected, and cared for, not just referred elsewhere and left to start over alone.

Cohort Mission

The Coaching Cohort was created as a bridge. Instead of a single handoff, this is a small, trusted network of coaches whose work aligns with the values and approaches we’ve built together. Each coach brings their own perspective, specialties, and lived experience, while sharing a common commitment to supporting creative, thoughtful, and often neurodivergent humans in sustainable ways.

This cohort is also a shared space for collaboration and care. Coaches within the network exchange resources, support one another professionally, and stay connected so clients experience continuity rather than fragmentation. The goal is to create a community of care, where support does not depend on any one person alone, but exists through relationships, shared knowledge, and mutual respect.

Christina Tran (she/her)

Artist, comics, essay writer, and creative coach

Christina is an artist, essay writer, and creative coach based in Los Angeles with roots in Houston and lineage in Vietnam and Southern China. She loves helping other creatives get clarity about what’s blocking their flow and (re)aligning their practices, so they can get the work they need to make out into the world!

Christina has been making web-comics since 2014 and self-publishing zines since 2015. Her tender, autobiographical comics and essays, invite us into re-remembering who we are and what we know. Creativity has always been a took in her resiliency toolkit. Christina has moved through many seasons of nurturing her creative practice while working fulltime as a design researcher, working part-time as a librarian, and anti-working within solidarity economy alternatives of sharing resources. She’s here to help dispel the spells of capitalism and reconnect with our humanity, complexity, and general silliness.

Insa, The Garden Witch

AuDHDer, Garden Coach, and Multimedia Artist

I’m Insa, The Garden Witch. I’m an AuDHDer, Garden Coach, and Artist who blends creativity with practical guidance. I meet each gardener where they are, honoring skill, imagination and the reality of busy lives. Together we transform inspiration into living spaces that feel grounded, beautiful and sustainable.

Every gardener deserves a space that inspires and supports them, whether you are just starting out, managing an established garden or designing a personal retreat. Garden Coaching offers guidance and accountability to turn your ideas into actionable plans that fit your land, your lifestyle and your vision. If you have ever felt overwhelmed, stuck or unsure where to start, I’ll help you gain clarity, build confidence and take steps that make your garden thrive.

To celebrate spring, I am offering a limited number of discounted garden coaching sessions for new clients. Visit Spite & Bloom to book your free 15-30 minute discovery call to explore your ideas and see if this is a good fit!

Nadeen (she/they)

Neurodivergent coach specializing in ADHD, ASD, and cPTSD.

Hi, I'm Nadeen (she/they), a neurodivergent coach specializing in ADHD, ASD, and cPTSD. I work with clients from initial diagnosis all the way through building routines that actually stick - holistic, trauma-informed, and Social-Emotional arts based. As a ND person myself, I know what it means to need someone who sees the whole picture, and I bring queer-affirming, intersectional values into every session.

I have a particular soft spot for creatives with a million ongoing projects, nothing finished, and a sneaking suspicion something is fundamentally wrong with them. Nothing is wrong with you! We are going to figure out how to work with your brain instead of against it - and I pinky-promise I will never hand you a color-coded planner and call it a solution.

Sophia Babai

Author, activist, and somatic creativity coach.

Hi! I'm Sophia, an author, activist, and somatic creativity coach with nearly ten years of coaching experience. I also love to dance!

I'm certified in multiple body-mind methods including Hakomi, Organic Intelligence, and Kundalini Yoga. My work helps clients move through anxiety, burnout, and trapped emotions in their body. I can also provide craft and business support.

My clients have written New York Times bestsellers, won awards, and had art featured in museums. More importantly, my clients move more freely, sleep more deeply, and feel more fully. My favorite moments are when clients tell me they've started singing and dancing in the streets for no reason, because they just feel so alive.

I work with anyone, but as a queer neurodivergent person of color I am particularly experienced in working with folk whose identity falls outside the supposed "norm." And you absolutely don't need to be a professional artist: I'm here to free your self-expression, whatever that looks like for you.
